Of all the wrist cuffs i have made so far, this is my favorite. It took several hours to create.This one of a kind wrist cuff is crocheted with black merino wool yarn into a slip on bangle. Crocheted snowflakes from ecru colored cotton are sewn on with aurora borealis black glass beads with hues of purple, greens and dark blues. Clear glass beads are interspersed to catch the light. Each snowflake has a vintage floral button in the center. three small ecru strands hang from the bracelet as a fringe.
A vintage rosary crucifix tarnished silver with wood inlay hangs from this piece. The prayers are still attached magically inside. A Mexican silver toned eye milagro along with a heart with dagger milagro hang from the opposite side. Translated, Milagro is the Spanish word for miracle.
